It was my husband who discovered Andy Dutton, better known as @AD_Sneaks on social media. Andy is a school teacher in Utah. He is also an avid sneaker collector, putting my collection to shame. I thought I was over the top with the amount of sneakers I own, but Andy takes the cake. My husband ran across him on Instagram in 2023. At that time, his follower count was nowhere near what it is today. He’s a very popular influencer now. His passion for footwear connected us instantly.



We sent Andy a few pieces of clothing, with hopes of him pairing some of them with his unique sneakers. He did just that. Once he posted to Instagram, the sales came in an abundance for the Salmon Organic Stay Patient Crewneck, so many that we had to place a small hold on orders for a few weeks to get more in. Andy’s influence on fashion and footwear has been one to remember. We are proud to have been one of the brands to work with him early. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of him now, but every now and then, he will repost the photos with him in the crew. The sales still come in everytime he does it. For this, we are extremely grateful.

Andy never once asked for money. Had he, we would have been willing, understanding and respecting hard working influencers, like him. The time he takes to bring life to footwear through captivating imagery and videography, all while storytelling is both unique and incredible. He’s a step above the traditional apparel/footwear influencer and this is why we believe people admire him so much. It’s a joy to watch. 

He’s been featured in a lot of magazines, on blogs and much more. And he deserves it all. To Andy, thank you so much for rocking our brand. We appreciate you greatly and enjoy your content. Keep up the great work.
