RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)
You have 7 days from confirmed receipt of order to notify us of return for a full refund or exchange. Send in your item(s) using a postage-paid U.S. return label. If you need a label, for orders over $100, we will provide your label through email. Simply print the label and tape on your package, no charge to you. Take to your nearest post office and it will be sent back to us. You have 7 days from the day you receive the label from us to return the items. If you do not send within the allotted time frame, your label is considered VOID and ineligible for return/exchange. If your item is sent back without damage or defection(all tags included, no smells that prove item has been worn), you will receive your refund in full within 10 business days.
You are responsible for payment for the return label if the return is unreasonable. If an item is defective or damaged, we will pay for the return label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. If you miss the time window, you will have the item returned to you, as it is now yours.
RETURNING BY MAIL (INTERNATIONAL)
All international returns/exchanges will be paid for by the customer. We will do our best to keep you satisfied and are proud to say that we have never had an international issue with any order since 2011.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery of your item. You can only exchange for something of equal or lesser value. Exchanges can take up to 15 business days.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card, we'll e-mail you a new Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, we will refund the cash to your credit card and the rest will be refunded to your gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If your order is over $100, we will provide your shipping label. We do not accept damaged or defective items for return. We also do not allow refunds or exchanges past the allotted time, no exceptions.
